Salmon Hand Roll

A nice, quicker, alternative to the more typical rolled sushi is the hand roll. Quicker to assemble, quicker to eat, and the nori retains an incredible crunch.

First take some salmon scraps and chop them up.

Chop it up finer, and then add some sriracha, or sriracha mixed with mayo.

Place a half sheet of nori on the counter and spread out a small ball of rice to cover one quarter of the sheet, like so.

Now place the salmon, or any other filling over the rice, pointing to the upper left of the nori.

Now gently pick up the nori and roll it up. Take the lower left corner and pull it gently toward the tip of the rice near the top middle of the nori. Wrap the remaining nori around the hand roll.

Put no more than a drop or two of soy sauce on it, and eat immediately for the best crunch.
